Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Asili Commerce, Inc. ("Asili," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Asili provides an AI front desk for home-services businesses. When you forward calls to your Asili number, the assistant answers or texts the caller back, qualifies the job, and books or captures it according to the rules you set. Asili supports your work; it does not replace your judgment. You remain responsible for your business, your callers, and the jobs you take on.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The assistant answers, qualifies, and routes or captures calls on your behalf within the rules you configure: your service area, hours, and booking mode. It is built not to guess. When it is unsure or a request is out of scope, it captures the lead for a human callback rather than committing you to anything. Every action is recorded in a decision log you can review. You are responsible for the settings you configure and the jobs you accept.

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send unsolicited or deceptive messages. Asili answers and texts only callers who contact your business; you must not use it for cold outreach or to message people who have not reached you. You must have the authority to forward your business's calls to Asili and to have your callers greeted, qualified, recorded, and texted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Asili answers calls with an AI disclosure, provides a recording notice where a call is recorded, and includes an opt-out (reply STOP) in every text. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the call-recording laws (including one- and two-party consent rules) and messaging laws (including the TCPA and carrier requirements) that apply where you and your callers are located. We provide these disclosures and controls to help you comply, but you are the business the caller reached.

Asili sends front desk text-backs and booking messages on behalf of a client business only to people who just called or texted that business (inbound-initiated). We do not send cold messages or use purchased lists. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, or email hello@tryasili.com, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor. Fees are described at sign-up and may change with notice. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including telephony (such as Twilio) and payment processing (such as Stripe). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Outputs are suggestions you review, not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asili will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
